"As a software developer I get opportunities to work and explore many diverse fields from application examples to Application Programming Interfaces. Just now I work in a team developing User Interface applications. I take part in the whole software lifecycle for each component/ application I develop. This is extremely good experience for every developer to strengthen their knowledge in software development. Teleca emphasises on quality at work, especially during the development phase. I didn't get this kind of experience from my former employer. As a Group Manager I am in charge of personnel development of my team. I help and guide my team members to a happy and successful career at Teleca. Since employees are the biggest asset for our company, I consider this as a big responsibility on my young shoulders.
